FIS is seeking a Project Manager Lead to direct complex government solutions initiatives, including EBT and SNAP programs. You will partner with state agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence across the full lifecycle of multi‑year projects.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage client relationships at the executive level, and drive governance, risk, and communications to achieve strategic outcomes. Hybrid role with multiple U.S. locations, including Milwaukee.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading technology, payments, or government programs in client-facing roles.
• Strong knowledge of EBT, SNAP, or related payment processing.
• Proficient in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Ability to influence executives and lead cross-functional teams.
