Eden Capital Careers seeks a Project Geotechnical Engineer to lead field programs, coordinate lab work, and deliver technical analyses for a range of subsurface investigations. This hybrid role requires strong project management and client interaction.

You will mentor junior team members, review reports, and contribute to proposals while ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence. A PE license in ID or WA and 5–10 years of geotechnical experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required.
• MS in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering preferred.
• Active PE license in Idaho or Washington, or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• 5–10 years of geotechnical engineering experience preferred.
• Strong background in foundation design, soil mechanics, and technical reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead geotechnical projects from start to finish, including proposals, field programs, lab coordination, and technical analysis.
• Conduct evaluations for ground conditions, foundation design, slope stability, and seismic risk.
• Review and refine technical reports developed by other engineering staff.
• Own the full project cycle: proposal, execution, reporting, client delivery.
• Attend project kickoff and special inspection meetings.
• Ensure compliance with scope, budget, and schedule.
