Job summary

Pickett, an ESP Associates company, seeks a Project Engineer to provide mid-level engineering on complex HV transmission design projects. You will help with line routing, PLS-CADD modeling, structure and foundation design, and coordination with stakeholders. Requirements include a Bachelor's in Engineering, 4+ years in transmission line engineering, PE preferred, and experience with NESC/IEEE/ASCE/ACI. This is a hybrid, full-time role in Tampa, FL with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• PE certification preferred.
• 4+ years of transmission line engineering experience required.
• Experience with PLS-CADD for transmission lines required.
• Familiar with NESC, IEEE, ASCE, and ACI standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and approve PLS-CADD Criteria
• Schedule project tasks for project support team
• Attend client stakeholder meetings
• Complete design review meetings with the client
• Attend internal design review meetings
