Collaboration across software, electrical, and mechanical teams will be essential, with responsibilities spanning design guides and documentation. The role emphasizes innovation, cross-functional teamwork, and compliance with safety standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Systems Engineering.
• 5-7 years of Electronics Engineering or related experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of battery and charger technology.
• Lithium-ion battery management experience is a plus.
• Highly motivated self-starter with focus on innovation and product safety.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate electronic designs that use lithium batteries in products.
• Conduct design reviews on electrical designs with focus on safety, quality, and best practices.
• Perform system safety reviews and system Fault Hazard Analysis.
• Evaluate integration of components for compatibility and functionality.
• Create and maintain electrical systems engineering specifications and guides.
• Promote common concepts and best practices across the organization.
• Liaise cross-organizationally to address issues.
