The position focuses on leading test method development, validation, and process improvement for electromechanical and consumer/industrial products, with strong collaboration across engineering, quality and regulatory teams. The ideal candidate will bring about 10 years of test engineering experience within a product development environment, plus expertise in design

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
• Approximately 10 years of test engineering in a product development environment.
• Experience developing and executing test methods for electromechanical or consumer products.
• Knowledge of design verification, validation, reliability testing and test practices.
• Experience with statistical analysis, data interpretation, and experimental design.
• Ability to troubleshoot test systems and drive corrective actions.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Experience in cross-functional product development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, validation and improvement of test methods, tools and processes.
• Design robust, repeatable test methodologies for new and existing products.
• Ensure alignment with engineering, quality, regulatory and business requirements.
