Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 10+ years of Battery Management Systems electronics design.
• Experience with embedded systems and Li-ion battery management.
• Proficient in PCB design best practices and EMC.
• Hands-on board bring-up and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to travel globally.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive platform designs across marketing, engineering, manufacturing, and purchasing teams.
• Research and develop electronic hardware for Battery Management Systems with complex projects.
• Direct design of new products and platforms; modify existing designs and improve production techniques.
• Set deliverables, project timelines, and report status to team leaders.
• Identify and communicate major technical and schedule issues clearly and timely while driving actions.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional product development teams.
