• Ability to identify risks, solve technical problems, and manage competing project priorities.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 40% as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, engineering, and construction of capital improvement and facility infrastructure projects.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, and procurement activities.
• Coordinate internal engineering resources, external consulting firms, and design-build partners.
• Develop practical and cost-effective engineering solutions that support operational needs.
• Direct construction activities performed by internal trades, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor contractor performance, project quality, safety compliance, and adherence to specifications.
• Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the planning and execution process.
• Proactively resolve technical, construction, and operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, environmental regulations, safety standards, and local, state, and federal requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between engineering, operations, contractors, customers, and business partners.
• Maintain clear communication regarding project schedules, budgets, risks, and progress.
• Develop project execution strategies that maximize facility reliability and long-term asset performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
