Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Project Coordinator/Project Support professional in a hybrid role based in Pomona, CA. You will manage testing, training and readiness logistics, coordinate large-scale events, and support PMO activities with a focus on tracking and reporting across multiple stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience in project support, strong scheduling skills, and familiarity with tools like Excel and Smartsheet. Training on CALM will be provided.

Qualifications

• Intermediate (1–3 years) experience.
• Target titles include Project Coordinator, Project Support, or Junior Analyst.
• Strong scheduling and event coordination capabilities.
• Proficient in tracking, data validation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing, training and readiness logistics including scheduling, room setups and invites.
• Plan and manage off-sites, large meetings and quarterly all-hands events with vendor/venue management.
• Maintain PMO RAID logs, drive updates, mitigation plans and reporting through phone/email follow-ups.
