Job summary

LockNet is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Managed Projects team. You will manage customer accounts end-to-end, quote, schedule installs, and resolve technical and billing issues in a fast-paced environment that rewards initiative and organizational skills.

The role is hybrid with an even split between remote and in-office work, supporting customer satisfaction and company performance while coordinating with production, shipping, and warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience; scheduling, construction, or locks/hardware background a plus but not required.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate multiple platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; clear, professional, and responsive.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer accounts end-to-end - quoting, ordering, scheduling installs, and resolving issues
• Providing detailed survey instructions to field technicians and organizing results into customer-ready quotes
• Inputting and processing customer orders via phone and email, ensuring pricing accuracy, shipping dates, and special requests
• Coordinating with production, shipping, and warehouse teams to resolve delays and keep projects on track
• Tracking project progress through internal task management software and delivering status updates to customers and internal stakeholders
• Collaborating with onsite technicians to deliver the right solution within scope, budget, and applicable regulations
• Researching hardware needs, reviewing orders, and following up to ensure on-time delivery and correct installation
• Compiling reports and statistics for management as needed
