Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
• Experience in commercial construction or related industries preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and document-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with manufacturers and vendors regarding pricing, orders, lead times, shipping, and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate material deliveries with project managers, warehouse personnel, field crews, general contractors, and customer representatives.
• Maintain project information in Norcon's database system.
• Monitor upcoming deadlines and follow up on outstanding approvals, documents, materials, and action items.
• Participate in internal project meetings and provide status updates as requested.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Northern Territory sales team.
