Qualifications

• 4 years invoicing and project contract administration experience.
• Experience with billing, AP/AR, year-end processes.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review invoices and progress reports.
• Process contracts and change orders/amendments.
• Set up and manage spreadsheets for estimates, cost tracking, and billing.
• Review subconsultant invoices and coordinate with project team.
• Support project managers and principals with administrative tasks.
