Job summary

Mace in the United States seeks an experienced PMO and Project Controls professional to support complex commissions within our consult business. You will lead PMO delivery, governance, and reporting across projects, ensuring cost, schedule and risk are aligned with client objectives.

Key responsibilities include developing baselines, monitoring delivery performance, and collaborating with clients and internal teams. Proficiency in Power BI, Primavera P6, Aconex, and related tools is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience on complex construction projects and major consultancy commissions.
• Delivery of PMO and Project Controls services and assurance frameworks.
• Proficiency with PMO/Project Controls tools such as Power BI, Aconex, Primavera P6 and related risk tools.

Responsibilities

• Delivers PMO and Project Controls support on assigned commissions.
• Implements PMO frameworks and governance across projects.
• Manages baseline scope, time, cost, risk, and contingency monitoring.
• Provides sound technical advice to project teams and clients.
