Argano is seeking a detail-oriented Project Controls Metrics Lead to oversee program and project metrics across capital construction initiatives. You will review data on cost, schedule, and earned value, drive variance narratives, and ensure consistent reporting for executive leadership.

The ideal candidate has 3–7+ years in project controls or PMO support within construction or industrial environments, with strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills and excellent written and verbal communication.

The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically strong Project Controls Metrics Lead to support program- and project-level metrics across a portfolio of capital and construction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote a safe, inclusive, and quality-focused work environment.
• Review project data and trends for cost, schedule, and earned value management
• Interface with project teams to analyze trends and ensure accurate reporting
• Work with project teams to drive variance narratives and ensure data consistency between all metrics
• Support change management tracking and reporting related to scope, budget, and schedule adjustments.
• Prepare executive-ready metrics reporting
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve reporting processes.
• Change management identification.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in construction administration, project controls, contract management, or related project support functions.
• 3–7+ years of experience in project controls, reporting, PMO support, or construction/industrial project environments.
• Experience supporting capital, industrial, construction, or infrastructure projects strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of earned value management concepts and performance metrics.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
