Beacon Hill seeks a Project Controls Analyst to support large-scale capital construction and infrastructure projects. You will handle scheduling, cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting across multiple projects, working with PMs, engineering, and leadership.

The role requires strong Primavera P6 expertise, advanced Excel, and experience with large construction or utility projects. Hybrid work is offered, with ~one day onsite weekly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project controls, scheduling, or PM support.
• Strong Primavera P6 skills for schedule development, maintenance, and reporting.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis, forecasting, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with engineering, PM, construction, and contractor teams on schedules.
• Monitor progress, identify variances, risks, and recovery opportunities.
• Create schedule performance reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Track project costs, budgets, accruals, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Prepare reporting packages, dashboards, and status metrics for leadership.
• Manipulate large datasets in Excel and PM systems for insights.
• Support contractor schedule reviews and validate schedule accuracy.
• Assist teams with forecasting and schedule optimization.
• Maintain project controls documentation and adherence to standards.
