Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking an Analyst, Project Controls to support the Customer Care Organization with hybrid work options. The role focuses on analyzing project data, controlling budgets, and tracking schedules across multiple locations including New England facilities.

You will create reports, monitor cost trends, and assist in process execution, with emphasis on KPI development and cross-functional collaboration. This is a regular, full-time position with a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, accounting, finance, business or equivalent.
• MBA or equivalent education highly desirable.
• Experience with large, multi-year projects recommended.
• Knowledge of financial modeling and cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project data and create reports on costs and schedules.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Customer Care Management, planning, operations and procurement teams.
• Develop and maintain project KPIs and charts for performance insight.
• Ensure cost coding accuracy and reporting compliance.
• Support execution of customer care processes.
