Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a project cost analyst to analyze project data, monitor costs, trends, and schedules for the Customer Care organization. You will create reports, validate cost allocations, and support cost management across programs to ensure alignment with budgets and corporate goals.

Responsibilities include applying project analytics to describe and improve performance, tracking variances, and developing KPI reports. Hybrid work schedule with in-office requirements.

Qualifications

• Self-reliant with strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of financial modeling, accounting, risk management, and capital budgeting.
• Ability to monitor cost and scheduling information, forecast, and communicate at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project budgets and schedules align with corporate goals.
• Coordinate with Investment Planning for cost tracking and forecasting.
• Track compliance with project management procedures and documents.
• Apply project analytics to describe, predict and improve performance and create reports.
• Ensure costs are properly coded and allocated to project budgets.
• Create and maintain project cost variance reports.
• Assist in developing customer care processes and monitor costs and forecasts.
• Monitor and report project costs and trends affecting schedules.
• Develop progress charts and KPIs for reporting.
