The role requires a RA with REVIT proficiency, 8+ years of experience, and willingness to travel. The position is hybrid with two in-office days per week, offering competitive benefits and opportunities to mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture from a NAAB accredited program (Master’s degree preferred).
• At least 8 years of architectural design experience.
• Registered Architect (RA).
• Overseas & US based travel may be required.
• Proficiency in REVIT.
• Proficiency in standard Office Suite products.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop, and produce deliverables for architectural design projects.
• Lead a design effort as a member of a multi-disciplinary team to include electrical, structural, mechanical, civil, interiors, and fire protection engineers.

• Develop the overall strategy for producing contract documents and organize sheets for each stage using BIM.
• Foster collaboration with project team, potentially remote.
• Perform construction administration and field investigation tasks including RFI's and Submittals.
