Job summary

Parkhill is seeking a Project Architect to provide project-wide design and technical leadership, serving as Professional of Record to ensure design intent and quality across a range of projects. This full-time, exempt role offers salary-based compensation and opportunities for leadership in design execution.

You will collaborate with project teams, coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors, and uphold Parkhill's quality control standards while advancing project delivery.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect with Professional Architecture License.
• 5+ years of relevant architectural experience.
• Ability to assume project-wide architectural responsibility.
• Experience coordinating project controls and Construction Administration.
• Proficient in design software: Revit, MOS, Bluebeam.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides project-wide design and technical leadership, oversight, and coordination.
• Serves as Professional of Record on diverse projects.
• Guides project execution with sound professional judgment.
• Partners with PMs on scope, budget, schedule, and labor plans.
• Translates project scope into coordinated deliverables and documentation strategies.
• Prepares and oversees drawings, specifications, and other required technical documentation.
• Leads Construction Administration and resolves design-related issues.
• Interfaces with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
• Implements quality control and project delivery standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
