Job summary

Parkhill is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to lead design projects from concept through completion in a hybrid work setting in the Houston area. You will ensure alignment with client goals, budget, and schedule while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires licensure as an Architect, 5+ years of PM experience, and proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam, and Deltek Vantagepoint.

Qualifications

• Education or commensurate experience in the architecture, engineering or construction industry.
• Licensed Architect preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a project management role.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Directs multiple projects from concept to completion.
• Manages scope, schedule, budget, and client expectations.
• Leads client meetings and provides project solutions.
• Staffing and resource management to meet deadlines and profitability.
• Identifies and mitigates project risks affecting timeline or cost.
• Oversees billing, expenses, and staff utilization for profitability.
• Coordinates design efforts between teams and subconsultants.
• Negotiates subconsultant scope, deliverables, and contracts.
• Manages construction phase services and project closeout.
