Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Project Coordinator to support senior project managers by delivering artifacts, assembling teams, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion. This role involves hybrid work with on-site presence 3–4 days per week and a focus on effective communication and risk management.

The ideal candidate will have experience with project management tools, Smartsheet, and Workday, plus strong Excel skills and a CAPM/PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Coursework toward Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with project management tools and methodology.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project schedule and weekly status reports.
• Coordinate and schedule project meetings and publish minutes.
• Maintain collaboration site and artifact repositories including risks and issues.
• Submit and track purchase requests and update resource assignments in Workday.
• Onboard third-party resources to projects.
• Continuously learn and apply new project management techniques.
