Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year minimum experience supporting projects, business operations, finance, or analytics.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Smartsheet or similar PM software.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• PMO or enterprise transformation experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and project documentation across multiple enterprise initiatives.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
• Prepare executive reporting and dashboards for PMO governance.
• Develop high‑quality presentations for Steering Committee and executives.
• Consolidate updates into executive dashboards and reports.
• Produce recurring monthly operational and financial reports.
• Administer Smartsheet solutions, templates, dashboards, and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to automate and apply AI to improve processes.
