Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a mid-level PMO Analyst to support a large cross-functional program in a hybrid role based in Mettawa, IL. The candidate will manage budgets, forecasts, actuals, and governance across seven to eight workstreams, consolidating inputs from multiple teams while maintaining strong documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, PMO, or related discipline; other fields acceptable with relevant experience.
• 35 years of PMO and financial analysis experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and resource planning.
• Strong Excel proficiency and ability to consolidate data from multiple sources.
• Experience preparing management reports and maintaining governance documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with program/workstream teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program budgets, forecasts, actuals, and variance reporting across capital and operating expenses.
• Gather and consolidate financial inputs and resource requirements from workstream leaders.
• Monitor resource capacity, spending, and burn rates to keep the program within budget.
• Support portfolio reporting, governance meetings, action tracking, and program documentation.
• Maintain accurate reporting and follow up with stakeholders on outstanding information.
• Identify financial or resource concerns and elevate them to PMO leadership.
• Provide project coordination support as needed.
