Job summary

Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri is seeking a Program Specialist to manage day-to-day coordination and administrative support for the GSEM Daisy Drop Box and Brownie Bundle programs. You will collaborate with troop leaders, volunteers, and vendors to ensure materials are prepared and distributed accurately and on time.

This full-time role operates in a hybrid environment (in-office, remote, and in the field).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Valid state driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a driving record acceptable to our insurer.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the creation, development, and production of monthly materials used by troop leaders.
• Arrange preparation and fulfillment of program materials and boxes, ensuring timely distribution.
• Communicate with troop leaders about acquisition and application of the boxes for members.
• Order program supplies for kitting.
