Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri seeks a Director of Programs and Partnerships to oversee a broad portfolio of district programs, working with subject-matter experts to deliver diverse experiences for girls. The Director of Programs and Partnerships oversees all of the organization’s Girl Scout programs, collaborating as necessary with experts in respective fields to ensure that a variety of programs are offered across the district. The position manages a team of Program Managers who are responsible for program development, delivery, quality control, and evaluation. The role serves as a key external face of program partnerships in the community.

This position is full time with a competitive minimum annualized salary of$81,597.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time operating a computer, including navigating websites, software platforms, spreadsheets and both electronic and paper documents.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator, copier, and computer printer.
Occasionally positions self to maintain files in file cabinets.
May need to move boxes weighing up to 25 pounds across office for various needs.
The ability to observe details at close range and at a distance.
Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
Must be able to exchange accurate information.
Is required to drive/operate an automobile.
Constantly works in an indoor professional office environment. Exposed to moderate noise levels.
