Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is hiring a Programmer Analyst I for a hybrid role with three days in the office. You will work within the Actuarial team to develop data-driven solutions, reports, and models supporting health plan operations.

A Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience are required, with strong SQL/ETL skills and client communication abilities. Applicants should be comfortable with accepting feedback, maintaining documentation, and collaborating across departments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of related work experience.
• Experience in Health Care domain is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop, test, and deploy data reports and models.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports, programs, and models for various business areas.
• Design and perform acceptance testing of new reports and programs.
• Collaborate with users to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Document code, logic, and changes for future maintenance.
• Communicate with internal and external clients to deliver results.
