The role supports the Actuarial team, performing technical analysis, reporting, and program development to help Cambia deliver person-focused health care solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Operations Technology Management, Computer Science, Operations Research or equivalent
• 5+ years job-related work experience or equivalent combined education and experience

Responsibilities

• Develops knowledge of health plan operations, data sources, and cost containment strategies.
• Identifies needed reporting and distributes information to stakeholders.
• Designs and tests new reports, programs, and models.
• Applies knowledge of how departments work together to run Cambia effectively.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external clients.
• Writes documentation for program development and changes.
• Interprets business requirements and develops design specifications.
• Writes code or configuration to implement requirements using approved technologies.
• Develops tests to validate implementations.
• Gains knowledge of Cambia data systems for analytics and reporting.
• Participates in peer review processes.
