Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or closely related field is required.
• CERAP and CANS certification are required, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• At least two years of social services experience is required (child welfare experience highly desirable).

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Community Resource Navigators who work collaboratively with families referred by the Department of Child and Family Services.
• collaborate across programs to ensure a relentless focus on keeping children safe and supporting families through resource referrals.
