Westinghouse Electric Co is seeking an Advanced Engineering Project Manager in Cranberry Township, PA. You will lead medium complexity projects and small teams, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality alignment with contracts.

The role reports to the Resource Operations Manager and supports multiple disciplines including Fuel/Reload Engineering, Software, Innovation and Process Improvement. A PMP certification and 5 years PM experience in technical industries are preferred; hybrid work and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.
• Broad nuclear power plant knowledge is helpful.
• Experience as project manager on medium/high complexity projects.
• 5 years of PM experience leading and directing projects to completion.
• PMP certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning including scope, schedule, cost baselines, and risk registers.
• Manage execution to meet quality, schedule and financial goals.
• Oversee scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, resources and communications.
• Forecast expenditures and support financial reporting.
• Promote teamwork and maintain project process metrics.
• Develop databases and procedures for project communication and documentation.
• Close projects and capture improvement opportunities.
