Job summary

Harley-Davidson Financial Services in Chicago is seeking a Program Manager to lead planning, program development and administration of select HDFS products and services. You will develop value propositions, pricing strategies, and channel strategies while managing provider relationships and ensuring annual income goals.

This role offers a hybrid work model with opportunities to drive product profitability and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Finance teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret financial and business reports pertaining to product profitability and performance and take data and develop actionable business initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage product provider relationships; ensure continued availability of required products and support.
• Monitor marketplace, product performance and complete ongoing assessments, provide analysis and recommendations based on customer satisfaction performance.
• Forecast program market positioning, volume, pricing strategy and revenue and produce supporting business cases.
• Own, develop and manage the annual business plan and budget for selected category of products.
• Enable/maintain program resources, vendors, platforms, tools, reporting and resources to ensure delivery of program benefits and channel strategies.
• Evaluate and maintain providers with product, pricing, service and claims strategies that support sales and profit objectives.
• Develop promotional plans that drive sales of products and services and support enablement and administration of incentive and promotional programs.
