Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA or equivalent desired.
• 1+ years related work or public accounting experience.
• Strong Excel and accounting systems skills for analysis and modeling.
• Knowledge of Finance and cross-functional collaboration with management.

Responsibilities

• Month end closing duties including variance analysis, reconciliations, journal entries, and results reporting.
• Business analysis and modeling to support motorcycle platforms and departments.
• Prepare capital funding business cases with IRR/NPV analysis.
• Partner with business teams on budgeting and financial decision making.
• Coordinate budgets, forecasts, and actuals across projects and departments.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
