Job summary

Abode EnergyManagement is seeking a Program Manager to lead decarbonization initiatives across New England. You’ll manage programs, coordinate with partners, and drive milestones from planning through execution in a hybrid role that includes CT-based work and occasional visits to Concord, MA offices.

You’ll collaborate with a growing decarbonization team, manage budgets, report results, and develop case studies while supporting contractors, homeowners, and stakeholders in electrification efforts

Qualifications

• Prev. experience in energy program design, utilities or policy.
• Familiarity with incentive programs and decarbonization tech.
• Strong communication for 1:1 and groups; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of one or more programs.
• Coordinate with partners, stakeholders, and clients.
• Develop goals, plans, and documentation for evolving needs.
• Maintain databases and program budgets.
• Report milestones, findings, and lessons learned.
• Coordinate trainings with contractors and partners.
• Prepare professional program reports and case studies.
