Job summary

Astronautics is seeking a Program Management Support Coordinator to assist Program Managers with day-to-day execution of programs and new business pursuits at our Oak Creek headquarters.

You will develop schedules, track metrics, monitor budgets, and prepare executive-level reports. This on-site role offers hybrid flexibility and reports to the Director, Avionics Solutions.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with at least three years of relevant experience, or bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum three years of project coordination, scheduling, PMO support, or project management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or similar project scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and track program schedules and scorecards.
• Prepare program metrics and status reports for leadership.
• Coordinate with teams, customers, and vendors to support requirements.
• Assist with budget monitoring and project meetings.
