Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Minimum five years of engineering experience in electronics product development.
• Minimum three years of project engineering experience.
• Experience planning and executing engineering development projects (staffing, schedule, budget, risk).
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team (electrical, mechanical, software, systems, certification).
• Lead project-level design reviews through development (planning, architecture, implementation, verification, certification).
• Propose and manage design of new products and technology evolutions.
• Lead technical team and collaborate with product strategy for new business.
• Serve as technical point of contact with customers.
• Coordinate with program management to plan schedules and budgets.
• Monitor and communicate project status to management and customers.
