Job summary

UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education – Northern Academy seeks a capable manager to drive day-to-day and long-range delivery of child welfare training across 28 counties. The role oversees scheduling, logistics, contracts, and performance against deliverables while maintaining outstanding customer service and strong stakeholder relationships.

You will lead project management systems, develop training plans, supervise staff, and coordinate with funders, instructors and county partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent experience/training.
• Experience managing large projects of high complexity, including budgeting, outreach, and client relationships.
• Supervisory experience to recruit, mentor, train and coach staff.
• Experience organizing in-person and virtual workshops, meetings and conferences.
• Experience with project management systems and LMS platforms.
