Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field required.
• Master's degree in a related area preferred.
• Active child welfare certification in PA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend staff meetings to coordinate services and ensure alignment with goals.
• Direct, train, and develop program staff and reports.
• Oversee TAC/TFC/LTFC operations and ensure compliance with standards.
• Support budget planning and annual goal setting with the Branch Director.
• Foster trauma-informed care and positive youth development across sites.
