Job summary
JST in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Junior Program Delivery Manager to coordinate program-level deliverables, work with development teams on releases, and administer risk management.
The role supervises 25+ developers, analysts, testers, and system admins; requires a Bachelor's and CAPM/PMP, 5+ years, and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, or business.
- CAPM or PMP certification.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver all program-level deliverables.
- Coordinate with development teams on delivery of configuration items for each release.
- Administer risk management program for the portfolio.
- Monitor critical staffing positions and associated risk management strategies.
- Evaluate processes for opportunities to innovate and automate.
- Engage with stakeholders across multiple organizations to ensure capability delivery.
- Directly supervise 25+ developers, analysts, testers, system administrators and configuration managers.
