Job summary

Be Strong International is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Marriage Matters Program, supporting coordination across Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. You will assist the Program Manager II, maintain records, communicate with participants, and ensure curricula align with the organization's mission to empower families and promote emotional wellness.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish capabilities, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and 3+ years of relevant work with supervision

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in social work, counseling education or related field.
• Fluent English/Spanish; strong written and verbal communication.
• Minimum 3 years in related roles; 2+ years supervising a department.

Responsibilities

• Must pass Level II background check.
• Able to travel across multiple locations in a day.
• Occasional evenings, weekends, overnights, and some out-of-state travel.
