Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Five years minimum experience in adult and family program development.
• Three years minimum of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of the Marriage Matters Program.
• Ensure compliance with all contract requirements.
• Supervise and manage a multidisciplinary team.
