Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management or related field and 5 years experience in program support or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across technical and business teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, self-directed approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Program Financial Management: Monitor budgets, expenditures, burn rates, and funding levels; support forecasting.
• Resource Planning: Track personnel allocations and staffing needs across projects.
• Project Execution Support: Track schedules, milestones, deliverables, and performance; communicate risks or delays.
• Business Unit Reporting: Develop dashboards and reports for leadership visibility into financial and operational performance.
• Contract and Business Development Support: Track funding, periods of performance, and upcoming requirements; support proposal planning.
• Process Improvement: Streamline reporting and standardize processes across the unit.
