Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of project support or management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Strong mathematical and accounting skills.
• Excellent communicator with MS SharePoint experience.
• Experience using budgeting and accounting software.
• US citizen able to obtain/maintain TS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets and spending.
• Perform budget analysis, cost projections, and estimates.
• Report project spending and estimates.
• Confer on contracting and FAR compliance.
• Attend meetings, record minutes and action items.
• Track subcontractor spending, work completion, and deliverables.
• Prepare monthly contract reports.
• Extract cost data from ARA systems.
• Track program quality reviews completion.
• Provide spending charts for PMR presentations.
• Assist in creating subcontracts, consulting agreements, and purchase orders.
• Maintain cost projections and quarterly updates for division management.
