Qualifications

• Eight+ years of U.S. Government contracting experience with program management on CPFF, T&M, or FFP contracts.
• Three+ years in business development or capture with DoD customers and wins.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or eligibility; U.S. citizenship and MacDill access.
• Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS, DCAA, and federal contracting processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage government contracts, overseeing execution, staffing, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as primary point of contact for government customers; coordinate reviews and status updates.
• Monitor costs, funding, contract performance; prepare forecasts and variance reports.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in RMGS capabilities (training, advisory, logistics, capacity development).
• Develop capture strategies, opportunity assessments, and bid/no-bid recommendations.
• Build relationships with USSOCOM, DoW customers, and industry partners; collaborate on proposals and pricing.
• Identify teaming partners; support strategic business development initiatives.
• Monitor contract modifications, funding, options, and recompete timelines.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and RMGS quality management procedures.
