Job summary

PHEAA, a nonprofit student aid organization, is seeking a Data Science / Analytics professional in Harrisburg, PA. The hybrid schedule requires two days on-site weekly, with standard 8:00 AM–5:00 PM hours.

The role focuses on administration and management of programs supporting access to higher education through financial aid delivery systems. Responsibilities include program analysis, data-driven decision making, and coordination with State Grant & Special Programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience in a program management role or equivalent.
• Knowledge of the agency’s SDLC processes and tools incl. Service Desk Tickets, Confluence, and Jira.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Program Administration Analysis and documentation of processes for eligibility, financial processing, and communication.
• Analyze financial and non-financial documents to determine eligibility and compliance.
• Develop reports and monitor program performance and processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve program delivery and compliance.
• Provide training material and support for program processes and modules.
