Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business or a technical discipline OR a High School Diploma and 3+ years of government experience.
• Experience with document control principles.
• Experience with technical writing and documentation.
• Experience communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize with technical teams and government clients to track and support premier solutions for the Radar Technologies Division.
• Drive the tracking and operational delivery of complex technical projects from conception to completion.
• Orchestrate project workflows, interdependencies, and task order deliverables to ensure strict alignment with the Statement of Work (SOW).
• Standardize, document, and enhance program-wide processes, workflows, and program documentation under configuration control.
• Identify, prioritize, and monitor project requirements and tasking to maintain 100% contract compliance and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Analyze organizational and system structures to identify efficient operational workflows and baseline management strategies.
