MANTECH is hiring a Project Analyst in St Inigoes, MD for a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 remote). Responsibilities include reviewing documentation, managing small projects, and improving processes across business and program schedules.

You will gather information from Navy and contractor entities, prepare reports, track risks, and support leadership decisions. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and DoD support experience with strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1+ years of DoD support experience.
• Strong organizational and deadline management across multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Strong communication skills with DoD customers and technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage configuration of technical docs.
• Provide oversight for small projects and process improvements.
• Analyze and update operational processes for efficiency and requirements.
• Coordinate with Navy and contractor entities to prepare reports and manage risks.
• Maintain risk registers and support mitigation plans.
• Lead Working Groups to capture risks and opportunities.
• Perform additional analyst and project management tasks as needed.
