MANTECH in Washington, D.C. Navy Yard is seeking a motivated Program Analyst to support Rotating Radars across Acquisition, Systems Engineering, and project management. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least 2 days per week.

The candidate will liaison between Navy PEOs, manage planning documents, and track milestones with coordination across Navy offices, ISEA, and labs. A Secret clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or any technical discipline.
• 1+ years of experience related to project, program, or business analysis supporting the federal government.
• U.S. Citizenship and an active or current Secret clearance required.

Aufgaben

• Act as a liaison between the Radar Community and PEOs, SHAPMs and technical communities.
• Develop POM issue papers, 7300s, Obligation Phasing Plans (OPP), TPS, Budgets and spend plans.
• Lead technical interchange meetings and working groups with Navy offices, ISEA, labs and Radar Design Agent.
• Provide System Engineering support in defining interfaces and ECP reviews.
• Coordinate action items with OEMs, System Engineers and Logistics Leads to meet milestones.
• Monitor cost and schedule performance through Earned Value for Government PM.
