Job summary

Dentons US LLP is seeking a Professional Development Coordinator to join our team in Atlanta, with other office locations available. The role supports training initiatives, performance reviews, and CLE coordination, working in a hybrid environment.

You will manage LMS/MCLE tracking, develop e-learning modules, and collaborate across departments to ensure successful program delivery and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• Experience in a professional services setting (legal industry preferred).
• Must be detail-oriented and a critical thinker.
• Able to work in the office three days a week, and remotely two days a week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong technical skills, including Windows, Zoom and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Articulate.
• Micron CE Manager and ViDesktop experience, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate firm-wide and practice-specific training programs and events.
• Update and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and MCLE tracking databases.
• Support performance management processes and year-end associate reviews.
• Create e-learning modules and training materials.
• Prepare CLE applications and coordinate in multiple jurisdictions.
• Support cross-department collaboration to ensure effective program delivery.
• Mentor and sponsor programs and manage mentor pairings and budgets.
• Coordinate logistics for multi-day programs and in-person/virtual sessions.
