Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training for line operators and production roles.
• Coach and qualify employees on SOPs, quality standards, and safe work practices.
• Instruct on housekeeping and 5S; reinforce workplace organization.
• Instruct on inspecting, measuring, and weighing plastic bottles to specs.
• Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback for skill development.
• Maintain training records and qualification documentation.
• Complete production logs and related documentation.
• Identify quality concerns and report issues affecting product.
