Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in a manufacturing/engineering field preferred.
• Minimum five years of supervisory experience in manufacturing/production.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise hourly production staff to achieve safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Coordinate daily production workflow, scheduling, and assignments for the shift.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, environmental programs, and regulatory requirements.
• Review timecards and production records; maintain accurate data in VBS system.
