Job summary

You will guide fabrication operations, including laser, press brake, welding, and copper pre-fabrication, while developing frontline leaders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 5+ years in manufacturing with strong leadership. Relocation support may be available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.
• Five or more years in manufacturing with leadership responsibility.
• Proven experience leading frontline teams in fabrication/manufacturing environments.
• Strong production control, labor planning, and performance metrics knowledge.
• Ability to lead across multiple locations and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production execution across PreFab & Fabrication areas in two sites.
• Oversee fabrication operations including laser, copper pre-fabrication, machine shop, welding.
• Maintain shop-floor presence and provide direction to frontline teams.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to standards.
• Drive schedule attainment, productivity, and throughput across both sites.
