Job summary

Siemens is seeking an experienced Order Management & Planning Professional to support integrated order execution and production planning across its Livermore and San Leandro operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in order management, production planning, or related manufacturing role.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and order tracking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ability to maintain planning files and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order execution from release through production, shipment readiness, and delivery preparation.
• Maintain clear visibility of order status, milestones, issues, and risks to support reliable delivery.
• Partner with Production, Engineering, Materials, Logistics, Quality, Sales, and Customer Service to remove barriers and keep orders progressing.
• Support production planning and scheduling to align priorities, schedules, and sequencing with customer requirements.
